Our
Story
Minu Enhance Developers was formed in 2021 as a joint venture between Minu Marketing Private Limited and Enhance Projects Private Limited.
The partnership brings together two very different strengths. Minu Group has built a diversified business across ten states since 1987. Enhance Group has spent four decades constructing for government bodies, schools, hospitals and private clients across Jharkhand. Between them sits a combined track record of more than 15 lakh square feet delivered.
We build contemporary residential and commercial projects in Ranchi, to world-class standards of professionalism, ethics, quality and customer service. Our team is deliberately young, and our approach is to combine modern design and sustainable practice with functional spaces that improve the neighbourhoods they sit in.

Enhance Group has served government organisations including BSNL, CCL and BCD, and has delivered projects for companies, hospitals, schools, industries and private residences. It has held membership of the Builders’ Association of India and the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce & Industries for over two decades.

Signature Homes is pre-certified IGBC Platinum. A green rating is a constraint accepted at design stage, not a label added at handover.
