What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, email address, phone number, project of interest and message that you provide. We collect this only because you choose to send it to us.

This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. These services set cookies and record standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We also record conversion events when a form is successfully submitted or when a call or WhatsApp link is selected. We do not send the contents of your enquiry form to Google Ads.

If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, to answer questions about our projects, and to arrange site visits. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the enquiry you made.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people working on your enquiry within Minu Enhance Developers, and with the service providers who host this website or provide analytics, who process it on our behalf.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
